Electricore Inc., a non-profit research and development consortia, established B etc. to support both battery manufacturers, as well as electric and hybrid electric vehicle designers, system integrators and manufacturers.

B etc. battery test systems and equipment provide industry-standard battery diagnostic testing and evaluative procedures for standard load cycles defined by USABC and mil-specs, energy system syppliers, IEEE, SAE, FUDS, battery suppliers, and individual customer requirements.
