It can be used for applications such as the production of fuel-grade ethanol and the dehydration of natural gas and chemicals.

Mr. Waters is an engineer and business development professional with 20 years experience in product design, strategic planning, and production of engineered products and solutions. Mr. Waters currently leads the Team in providing whole-system solutions for the industrial and environmental sectors. He holds four U.S. and two international patents, he has written two defensive papers in battery pack designs, and has received numerous industry awards. He has a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Arkansas.

Mark Cohen manages all product lines for ReliOn.  Mr. Cohen also serves as Executive Director of Kilofarad International, the consortium for the ultracapacitor industry, and is a former Executive Director of Electricore.  Mr. Cohen has served in engineering, marketing, and management positions, with expertise in power and energy systems and strategic technology management.  He holds an M.S. in Technology Management from Pepperdine University, and a B.S. in Applied Mechanics from California State University.

As Director, Deborah Jelen is the Chief Operating Officer with general charge and supervision of the conduct of the ordinary business of the Corporation. Ms. Jelen's experience includes over twenty five years of program and product management roles in the defense, aerospace, automotive and alternative energy marketplaces. Her experience includes leadership roles with AeroVironment, Hughes Aircraft Company and Olin Aerospace's Rocket Research Company. Ms. Jelen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from University of Southern California.
